Add functionalities to a html template

It would be a website of restaurants sharing their menus (listing type website). Some functionalities would be needed to add to one of the following templates (can be a different one, will buy the one you consider the easiest to work with in order to accomplish my requirements): Listeo, U-Listing, ListingHub etc. can be any other similar template... The new functionalities are: 1) ADD LISTING form: - photo of the listing should be taken from the restaurant's profile (no need to upload it in the listing) - for the same reason, it will not be necessary to enter the address, city (city) or business hours in the form since it should be all taken from the profile - again, for the same reason, the name of the listing will not be written manually - it should automatically take the name of the restaurant + date of the menu - in the add listing form there will be only one text field for writing the menu (or something similar but make it very easy) - the text box on the menu will be preformatted so all the menus finally have the same format (may be solved by several text boxes, one for starters, one for main courses etc.) - make an easy mechanism to publish listings based on date (probably already existing in the template), just please make it simple and efficient for the member restaurants - listings expire on their date of menu (by publishing a menu for the 1st of Jan it would be only available before that date, after the 1st it would be set to expired and possible to be renewed by changing the date) 2) Every published listing seen should contain only: Restaurant name + date , Photo, Menu in the description. Once clicked on it, show the rest of the details available from the profile + menu in the description. 3) Show me how to translate the website without breaking functionalities There can be more adjustments needed depending on the template that has been selected.
