Hello! That's a slick-looking Codepen design! I took a look over it's code and I'll outline an idea of what this project will entail: First, the pen isn't written in regular HTML. You can see they're using a slightly more advanced set of languages that are automatically compiled down by Codepen. Slim compiles to HTML, SCSS compiles to normal CSS, Babel compiles to Javascript code In order to be compatible with a regular browser, these will need to be compiled to their root programming languages. This is no problem for someone familiar with these higher-level languages. I actually write code using Babel and Sass on a daily basis, so this will go quickly. Second, we'll put together the tabs on the left of the screen like you described. Tabbed views with user-editable text are certainly a common feature on pages, so this is something I've put together for clients hundreds of times. I will be happy to work with you to get the design for this tabbed view just as you have in mind. And then third, just integrating that into your existing page. I don't anticipate this step will take long. At this point we'll have just normal plain-text HTML, so it should be simple. My hourly bid is just a little higher than most others, but I assure I will make that worthwhile to you by completing the project quickly and well.
