Create plugins to add custom javascript based functionality to Wordpress/Buddypress premium theme

I've been keeping a few of my projects on back-burner and would like to see if I can find someone here who can take a brief explanation and list of features and work on it without needing step by step instructions. Need someone who can provide live dev demonstration throughout the project and provide clear milestones and estimated time for each milestone. This project is based on a Wordpress Premium theme integrated with BuddyPress. Project requires creation of a set of custom plugins to achieve the custom functionality. Plugins need to be fully integrated into current theme functions and fully compatible. Basic Structure: Website creates color palettes from images uploaded or image URLs entered or screenshots of webpages of URL entered by users. These images/screenshots are watermarked and added as Featured image to the posts. Color palette is generated by converting this Javascript source code into a plugin [login to view URL] with almost the same look and feel of final product but using the theme's elements and theme CSS. Color palettes to be displayed using this plugin [login to view URL] with CSS Favorite posts, Follow users - buddypress features with custom behavior. Non-logged in users allowed to create "x" number of posts in 24 hours, asked to login if they try to create more posts from front end. Create a child theme from the premium theme supplied and use child theme for all theme related edits Post Creation interface can be the same as the post creation in the theme, except it will be extending the theme by adding a new custom Post-Type. Create a "Post-Type" which can be integrated into the current theme as a "post type" to work flawlessly as a custom post type to add new posts from front-end.
