What you actually need is more of a consultant. SSL is just a protocol which ENCRYPTS traffic. What you need is also Web Application firewall to protect the websit against hack attacks in future. The databse needs to be on a seprate server whcih only has connectivity from box 1. outside internet will not be allowed on that. You need to secure the server which it is hosted on You also need to do Pen testing so the scripts you have used or made in php are secure enough not to do sql injections etc.
