Convert designs to HTML/CSS

If you bid on this project and send me a copy/pasted message I will delete you immediately. I have a website designed and I need a animated and responsive html/css page created. I am not looking for the programming to be done, just the html/css work. We are a high-end canvas photo printer. You can see our current website here: [login to view URL] Included in this project are jpgs of the designs. I will send the full PSDs to whoever I chose to do the work. I want the page to be responsive and scale down the front page artwork as much as possible to wider or more narrow screens. The css/html has to be extremely clean and efficient. It must look the same on all modern browsers. I want everything to be as simple and as small as possible. I need the page to load extremely quick so be smart about how it is done. We are using Bellows to animate the sections on the left opening and closing: [login to view URL] You can see this in action on one of our other pages: [login to view URL] When you hover over the thumbnails I want them to scale up and I want text to fade in over them. The scaling should look something like this: [login to view URL] The layout of the thumbnails should use masonry for javascript [login to view URL] Here is a example: [login to view URL] The only design page I am missing is that when you click on the "expand" icon in the bottom right corner of the image on [login to view URL] then it will expand that image to be full screen with a black background. There will be a "X" in the upper right corner to close the full screen image and go back to the original layout. Thank you! Great english skills is a MUST.
