I need to create API and web interface to link a live digital counter from one website to my website. I want you to create a customized counter on my website ( i will provide the design) and the digital counter that is on my website should turn at the same time as the same speed as the digital counter on the other website. My digital counter should display the same number as the digital counter on the other website. There would be approximately 75 digital counters that i need to insert into my website and linked to other websites for source. Before accepting project, ask me for the link to website with the digital counter and you must create one digital counter link to your server to show me you can do this before i award you the project. You must be able to create a digital counter black color like the one i am showing in the picture.
I also need a pop up window with a drop down list to show the source of the counter's data, where I want the counter to be display on the website. I will provide screen shot of
