WEB DESIGNER/PROGRAMMER - open to bidding

Hello. I am based in the UK and my business partner is in the USA. We need a web designer/programmer to look after a number of web sites. We have both lived in Romania and would like to base the support for our activities in Romania. This is what I am looking for: Web Development Programmer Wanted 1. Must fluently read, write, speak and understand the English language. 2. Must know how to develop a flash and static HTML web site. Different customers want different types of web sites. Some simple, some complicated. 3. Must know how to create a web site from the beginning and work with .jpg, .bmp., .gif, .tif, .png and other vector formats that are clean and small byte size but crisp and sharp in color and focus. Must know how to make an image transparent. 3. Must have experience in creating web pages in the following formats: PHP, ASP, HTML5, Flash, JAVA, .net, WordPress, Joomla, know how to make web-based forms forms, and other programming formats for Internet-based applications. 4. Must have knowledge in Flash (.swf) and be able to create award-winning flash content that loads fast and does not slow down the web site. 5. It will be helpful if the programmer has knowledge with database programming and real-time video streaming. Salary will be based on various programming knowledge, experience and creativity capabilities.
