Help building an educational games website & apps

I m looking for someone for helping/consulting on a web & mobile project related with development of an educational website with questions/quiz/games. I need one or more guys with knowledge on: - HTML5, Animation, Graphics, Website building, - eLearning Authoring Tools, LMS, SCORM - Adobe Toos - Flash related, Captivate - Articulate, Lectora - Android & iPad development Generally features i m looking for the easiest and fastest way to implement it.
