Frontend programmer engineer to apply template on PHP Script

I have a php social network script, I have a mobile html5 template that I need to apply on this script. It must look professional, responsive and nice as the template is. We need to have updates commited on git repository everyday as we will releasing the milestones. this is a urgent project and should work non-stop until it is finished (wee kdays, weekends and holidays).
