Content Insert in Joomla Template

What we need is for someone to insert content into this joomla Template: [login to view URL]
We do not want any of the template code altered: simply insert content. Some pictures or logo may need to be slightly cropped or adjusted to fit in to the website template.
Attached is the content in word with directions and will provide a dropbox link with all the picture files.
A few notes:
- new template and site will need to be installed on the coder's server until it fully completed. After it has been completed it can be transfered and our current website replaced.
- We do want clean labels of pages/ content and files so that in the future we can easily mange content.
- Due to SEO optimization we do want to keep certain urls the same (we will provide those) and we do want the meta tags and titles of those pages be transferred exactly.
