Website design (PSD only, no building of site)

We're looking for a talented designer to help create a modern & Easy To Navigate website for a client in the Dental Industry. The current website is https://dentalplus.co.nz. All of the content that is on here will be reused (at least the written content will, images can be provided to spruce up the general idea as needed) The designs should be based on a content box of 1200px, with the design total area covering 1920px (for larger screens), so this will need to include full-width backgrounds/images, while content will be limited. We do not need break points specified, nor do we need designs for smaller screens and devices, these will be derived from the single design provided. The images, layouts and sizes of all items need to be To-Scale for the webpage. Revisions are required as part of the project! Please indicate how many you will provide IN YOUR BID. The final design should include: Home Page design (To include complete header and footer). Sections for the home page should include a Hero image with CTA, Services, About, location/contact & Social Pointers (Reviews). Other sections can be added at your discretion to help Sell the website/design to users. Typography Page Design (which shows headings 1-6, links, paragraphs, UL and OL items, etc., as well as buttons and other element states). This should include for each element font sizes (in px) font weight font style font colour and Element type (paragraph, heading 1, heading 2, etc) Team Page ([login to view URL]) Services Overview page ([login to view URL]) Single Services Page ([login to view URL]) While we don't want to go overboard and look at creating something that is award-winning or extremely graphically outstanding, we do want a solid focus on the layout and how it relates to the users, helping to produce a 'Journey' through the content to help get people interested, especially on the home page. A focus on functional layouts should be adhered to. Stock Images and CC0 Images can be used, as well as placeholders, but a decent idea of overlays and other items should be included (darkened images, borders, other aesthetic items). Need this done by 12/3/2018 (march 12th)AEST. If design times are going to go over, that is fine as long as we have ample warning. If deadlines aren't met and a decent indication of work hasn't been shown, we will reduce or completely pull the project from you.
