Teach Me A Simple Thing in Photoshop

I need to perform the following action in PS automatically, for lots of images: 1, Take the image I input. 2, Resize it to a fixed width or height. 3, Take another image and place it under the original image, in centered position. 4, Save the new "merged" image as a file with a name I define. Real life example I need to be able to do this for the following reasons: I have images like [login to view URL] That I need to make smaller and add a 'click here' button so that it looks like: [login to view URL] I want to be able to take 10-30 images at a time and input them to Photoshop so that it automatically "re-formats" the images the same way. For your reference, I uploaded a few sample images and the "click here" button that needs to be added. Your entire job is to teach me how to do this with the version of PS I have (Adobe PS CC 2014).
