Hi Brian, I have read your project details. As you mentioned that these are joomla sites and you want to migrate them on another hosting as well as you want some graphics changes. So i can do it for you as i have very good joomla experience . But one thing that Confused me is you mentioned that sites will have to be responsive to mobile. But i wanted to ask that if your existing sites are mobile responsive then after migration they will be remain mobile responsive but if they are not already mobile responsive then i will have to make them responsive and that is Different task.
