I need some Graphic Design

I'm looking for an artist to produce digital art that my vinyl decal source can print to vinyl decals for 3 model rockets. 1 rocket is 1.6 inches in diameter and 4.5 feet long. The next is 2.6 inches in diameter and 6.5 feet long. The last is 4 inches in diameter and 11 feet long. These model rockets will fly to as high as 20,000 feet. The design can stipulate a specific color for the background paint for best effect. The vinyl decals can be multi-colored, and can either allow the paint to show through, or the vinyl could wrap the whole rocket. My vinyl decal contractor can adapt graphic art to fit the [login to view URL] 3 designs will be bird themed, with a beak and head at the nose, a body aft of that, fading to loose feathers that in turn fade Escher-style to tiny versions of the original bird toward the tail of the rocket. The name of the rocket will print on 1 side of the rocket, location TBD by the designer. The small model is called Trochilidae (the taxonomic family of hummingbirds). The middle sized model will be called the Bluebird of Happiness, and the large one will have a raven as the bird, and is called Nevermore, after the Poe poem The Raven. The Timeline is most urgent for the Bluebird of happiness; I would like that delivered by the June 20, 2016. Others can follow later.
