Hi, I have attached images to reference, how I want this website built. This website has to be built from scratch. The flash video player you see in the images is already built and I have the source code that you will implement once the website pages are completed. There is 2 parts to this project because I need a desktop version of the website and a mobile version of the website. Please review the images to see if you are capable of building this website first. The different images, I have attached are as follows: The home page, The video page, The page numbers, The privacy policy page, The term of use page, The contact page, The uncut video page, Record keeping requirements compliance statement [for uncut video page]. Hello, I only see 2 images you attached so I'm guessing the freelancer failed to attach your files properly. Instead of developing desktop and mobile versions separately, I am recommending this to be done simultaneously.
