We need a UI/UX Designer for a long term project

We’re looking to hire a Design Ninja with 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX Designing. The person shall be responsible for spearheading the design of a Cloud Based Talent Management System. The primary responsibility involves creation & communication of the visual design at all stages, from concept to the final product. # Finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) # Developing wireframes and prototypes around product needs # Developing a robust UI, keeping the current design language in mind # Creating vector illustrations # Creating marketing collaterals including infographics, short videos, etc The incumbent should also be a perfectionist, an artist in his/her own right and have a strong sense of design. The position offers a great learning curve and an opportunity to work in close quarters with the founders and Industry Stalwarts in a start-up environment. # Skills Required: Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects
