Monitor website for bad behaviour (user moderation)

We have a website and iPhone App that allows anyone to broadcast live directly to a large audience. Anyone can broadcast from anywhere in the world (same as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc). During a broadcast viewers are able to chat as well. We require somebody (a moderator) who has a good level of speaking/reading/writing english to use our in-house moderation tool to remove offensive content that may be breaking our terms and conditions. We expect the moderator to be available for a set number of hours per day to respond to alerts of bad content. The moderator would then be expected to use the moderation tool to check that the content is breaking terms and conditions and then take the necessary action.
