Laravel website dev: freelance website (only software company)

Will choose only company of at least 100 people! No individual developers for this project. We need to develop a website using Laravel. We look for an outsourcing company with at least 100 people. The website is a freelance website, where customers seek freelance services provided by language experts. We have already an ongoing project based on wordpress (70% completed, almost all UIs done). So, you can use some of the code if you need that. The website will be very interactive, like https://www.fiverr.com. So make sure it can handle a good amount of traffic and responds fast to user request and searches. We have all the UI designs and the specification documents in detail. Msg me if you need to go through them. We need you to complete the project in one month. We have prepared the server environment. We will give you the full access to development environment for you to work on. You will push code and documentation to bitbucket every day and we will review the progress. The code will be automatically pushed to our staging server. We will test on our staging server continuously. In the server, there are separate backend and frontend folders. In the first several weeks, your developers need to work remotely on the computer we provide to you. You can use teamviewer or similar remote access software. After that, you can work on the project locally. For the payment, we will agree on a fixed price for this whole project. Then we will pay you in each week, or after each milestone is completed. The payment will be slightly reduced after one month. However, the total project price stays the same. However, if the project goes longer than two month, for each month longer, we will reduce the total project budget slightly at the penalty. When the project is finally deployed to the live server for service, we will pay you the remaining 1/3 of the total project budget. Make sure you're a qualified company before bid.
