Graphic artist for mockup of new appearance for 2 existing websites

I have two wordpress websites built on the Flatsome Theme. Home page plus 6 static pages on each site approx. I'm looking for someone to only mockup the website pages and I will have someone else implement it. You need to know what a fresh modern website should look like. Also have a bit of fun with your designs. In my experience, website developers are not creative artists (even though they think they are) and true creative graphic artists are not website coders (they are too busy sipping soy latte made from fair trade beans from a recycled cup - if that's your coffee, you're probably just the person I am seeking) I have created the basic content, I need someone with creative experience and a good graphic artist background to make these sites look visually appealing, by mocking them up. You need to be able to design a visual appeal that you would want to promote as your work, so it needs to be slick and cool, which its not right now.
