Design a website for my cleaning business ([login to view URL])

I have had a logo designed and I don't have time to put the website together like I had hoped. I'm opening a cleaning business focused on the following services, Bond Cleaning (End-of-lease cleaning), Office Cleaning and Builders Cleaning. I'd like to include a pricing scale like the one that can be viewed at [login to view URL]
In fact I'd like a similar layout and style, that is easy to follow, is clean in design, the website MUST be device responsive and meet all of Googles latest design requirements. I already have hosting with Crazy Domains (here in Aus) which I can give you access to, or you can complete the project and give me the files to upload.
The website can be built in any language/s, however I'm on Linux hosting so please talk to me if you wish to build it in any Microsoft formats (I'm not against it, just need to change hosting plans). All the files you produce must be editable and ownership in their respective rights transferred over to Night Cleaners.
I will use [login to view URL] as my guide but I am looking for someone to take that design to the next level for my business.
I will need a back end access for administration of both the site and the staff/management portal.
Features needed for Management/Staff Portal (Staff Booking System)
- Hierarchy
- Privileges
- User Profiles (including but not limited to: Name, Address, Phone, Mobile, Emergency Contact, Bank Details, Availability etc)
- Calendar per User Profile for weekly work (Sunday to Saturday anytime of the day)
- Calendar for Administrators for weekly work to view all work across all employees (can be a list view due to volume and design)
- Ability to allocate work to a User and move work accordingly
etc
I will compile a list but of course this has a lot more depth to it.
I will provide my Google Analytics codes and anything else that you may require.
Other than a logo and information on the services we provide (some of which I still have to compile) there isn't a lot to provide you. I am open to suggestions and will be prompt getting back about changes. Please expect me to be picky about the quality of work, my thoughts on design and I'll voice my opinion if there is something that is veering away from what we are trying to achieve. Please be patient with me as this is the first time I have used a design business to put together a website for me.
