Design of the website, content manager system and CSS

This project refers to the design task of this big project: https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Graphic-Design/Costruire-website/#/details This task include the study of the best solution for a trip planner website considering the interaction of people on maps, table time etc.., and design logo, the content management system and all webpages of the website (CSS) necessary to work. You should provide an easy way to plan a trip in a specific place. It could be just a movement from place A to place B, or a complete trip with trains to choose, hotels, and activities. The website should give the possibility to create from zero a trip plan or give a suggestion about an automatic trip plan generation. Even the automatic generated plan should be customizable. The trip plan is considered as an agenda, linked to a map, where all activities, places, lodges and movements can be managed from the users in an interactive manner, but simple! All possible options, useful for a touristic travel plan, should be available. Other websites that provide these functionalities are considered good examples to insert. The website should be in English, French and German, but you should provide just a ready version in English, and wait for my translation of French and German words. I have to be able to do that after its publication. The version in other languages should be easy to create. You should provide an easy way to add all the webpages in other possible languages, and a simple manner how the human translators of different languages should translate all the parts. The website should contain a news section where I can weekly add some news of interest. An important issue is to have spikes everywhere in the website to get analysis on visitors and give me the possibility to manage the SEO. All required spikes should be placed during the design. The website should be optimezed for desktop and mobile, for Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari. The website should have a testing version, activable from the administrator, where maybe it will be usefull for testing all these functionalities and will not be visible to visitors. In this case a message will announce that on the main page, or something like that. Maintenace operations should be considered and should be possible to manage them in an optimal manner Even if the mainly structure remains fixed, the possibility to add new buttons, drop down menus, radio buttons, selection buttons, checkbox buttons, submit buttons, new webpages, logos, images, and change all their positions, should be considered. The fastness of the website is considered mandatory and more important than design. The content managemet system should provide an efficient way to edit content of the webpages, about all the workflow of trip planning and booking, according to the needs of different services. The website should respect the W3C validation. The choosing of language should be automatic for each connection, considering the ip address, even if a manual choice should be considered. A starting structure should be like presented by myscratches (contact privately) Freelancer should provide all source codes and release of the working app. Also a documentation is necessary. All work should be easily to read from anyone, for example to add some new features in the future. Freelancer should collaborate with other freelancers that will develop the same project (https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Graphic-Design/Costruire-website/#/details), and so he/she is required to be available to videomeeting, to discuss optimizations to the entire project following the employer's requests.
