Design a Logo For a New Website

I need a simple logo for a new website PrivateJetCharter.services. The logo should only be in 2 colors: white (#ffffff) and yellow (#f5a623); and should be visible with a transparent background as well as a blue (#12569b) background. Font family need to be Maven Pro (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Maven+Pro?selection.family=Maven+Pro). All files relating to the logo will need to provided with the final logo.
I have attached an image of the logo from a similar site. This is just to illustrate the simple nature of the logo I'd like. Don't simply replicate the attached logo.
