I need to create 2 templates (1 in Word, the other in PowerPoint). The Word document is a summary of a workshop. The other is the action plan from the same workshop. I need templates to make it easy to write summaries every time I do workshops (once a week).
The work in involves visual identify (in line with [login to view URL], whose material we use - i.e. not creating a new identity), setting it up to be easy to write the summaries (several people will write them and text length and some elements will change from summary to summary) and recommending how to store and share easily (Google Drive does not seem to allow autosave for Word and PowerPoint).
In short, I am looking for an end-to-end solution where everything is solved from graphics via easy of use and storing/sharing to how the client receives the final files (no issues with fonts not embedded, etc.).
I am looking for top-of-the-line in terms of look and ease of use. You must be able to advise on the entire package and you must know already the best solutions on the market for the needs we have.
The attached pdf file would normally be created in Word and sent to the client in pdf.
The attached PowerPoint file is sent like that to the client since they need to be able to edit.
