Create 1 page WordPress site by modifying theme and creating all new graphics/images

Hello, We need a designer who is an expert in wordpress with great graphic design capabiliteis. You will create a 1 page wordpress site for us based off a theme which we have purchased. That them can be viewed here: [login to view URL] You will need to adjust all of the colors in the theme to match the colors of our existing web app. You can find the colors to use by viewing "[login to view URL]" within the attached images zip folder. In addition to adjusting the colors, you will need to provide extensive graphics design throughout the page, replacing most of the graphics that exist in the theme demo with graphics that are relevant to our app. We can not stress enough how important the graphic design aspect of this project will be, there will be a lot of graphics needed to be designed because of the color change. We will provide you with detailed instructions on the what content needs to go on the website. We will provide screenshots of our web and mobile app. You will incorporate those screenshots into the graphics that you create on the site. The screenshots used for graphics can be found in the attached zip folder and the content/text changes are well documented and can be found in the attached word doc "[login to view URL]". We will only consider bids that begin with "I have read the Sports Card Scanner Requirements doc" so we know you have looked at the entire project. You will be responsible for installing the wordpress them to our wordpress account. We have purchased the theme and have it in the attached zip folder to this project. You will be given a login to our wordpress once we select you as the winning bidder. You must provide examples of wordpress, and more importantly graphic design work that you have done recently. Priority will be given for speed in completing this project as soon as possible. Payment will be made via freelancer milestones, there will be 2 milestones for this project: Milestone 1 will be released when the wordpress theme has been successfully installed in our account and after you complete Sections 1 and 2 of the Requirements document including all new original graphics work. Milestone 2 will be released upon completion of the project. You should assume you will need to make some revisions and changes as we go and that the project will not be complete until we believe the design work is satisfactory. We believe making the changes to the wordpress theme is easy, but the graphics work will be harder.
