Contact Center Brochure and Word doc template - open to bidding

Hello, I am creating a series of brochures for my company on assessments, the first of which is the contact center assessment brochure. This brochure will be 4-pages long, full color and two editable word docs or PDFs with the same theme should be included. The Contact Center Assessment brochure should highlight Tympani as a top IT consultancy firm, but still be eye-catching and innovative. I would like to continue to use the colors of our logo throughout the document, but I am open to additional colors. Our Pantone colors are 289 (primary) and 369 (accent). I would like the "professional, eye-catching and innovative" feel to be apparent throughout the document. I have access to thinkstock and am happy to download whatever pictures you deem necessary, but I don't want the brochure to look like it's packed with obvious stock images. The word docs should have the headings listed in the attached documents, and should include a cover page and accents throughout the document that mimic the brochure. The docs should be able to be edited as needed, given the situation. Our logo should be on the cover, as well as a space for the customer logo. There is opportunity for additional work once these are completed, as there are a total of 5 brochures in this series. I will also need a few rounds of edits once the initial approved drafts are complete.
