It should be able to use Webcam attached to PC/Laptop and it shows different effects. Users should be able to take a still picture then share it on Facebook / Twitter and Instagram.
We will need Website + Facebook App + Twitter App - Users could use our website, take a still snapshot and share it to their Facebook twitter and Instagram using our APPs.
You will provide all documentation so it could be installed by ourselves on our own hosting.
