Create a website for students to find private tutors.
Students should be able to rate their tutors, see tutor profile on the website.
So people should be able to register and login to their accounts. An account type should be able to be both a tutor and student at the same time as they may be teaching different subjects.
People should be able to search for tutors of specific subjects and also files of specific subjects. The files may be put on google drive so that less space is required on the website. When students search for eg maths 2015 exam paper there could be a list of exam paper links to google drive with the files coming out.
Also if possible a payment system where I am able to hold money in the system before releasing it.
I may ask you for more help in the future if I would like to expand the website in the future. So flexibility for website expansion in coding would be preferred.
