Build a website and app. An e-market place / aggregator of service providers

We need to build an e-market place of service providers. The solution will have both Website and app interface. It will work very similar to Zomato which is an e-market place of restaurants. Similar kind of app / Website for a different service. The vendors will also have a login interface with which they can upload prices of the products they offer and can take booking and update comments / status.
