Due to the change of bid system at freelancer.com, they ask freelancer to submit the project proposal at the time of bid. But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal. Also they provide no place or private message unless you contact us, therefore we cannot submit the portfolio, examples site and our creative work. Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own. I can then instruct my Designer team to present few mock-up design options of the Home Page for you to see and get your feedback, once you see the mock-up design options, you can then provide us detailed feedback/changes/comments, so our Designers can revise the selected mock-up. Our Designer's team can do as many revisions as you want, till you're happy/satisfied. I work for a marketing company in the north of England and all of the sites we make are responsive. Because of this, I have a lot of experience with mobile-first design and making websites that are responsive for a wide variety of display sizes! I have, also, had years of programming experience and made countless websites that have been fully responsive and functional. Thank you for taking your time to read my proposal! The reason for the lower bid is because I am completely new to Freelancer and can't warrant charging top prices for my work as of right now.
