Hi, I have received many bids, to make my job easier in selecting the winning bid, only apply if you have extensive experience in Learning Management Systems. I have a performance manual with content and exercises in pdf that I'd like to put onto a LMS (wordpress) so people can complete the exercises online. and have their work reviewed by a teacher and administrator. The work was initiated by a designer who lacked experience and promised more than he could deliver. I'm hoping to engage the right person who has the expertise to create a fully functional LMS.
