I'd like someone to re-build my nonprofit website with components that I don't have the ability to build myself. I don't have any reference sites as I haven't seen this before. I want the nonprofit site to have the standard basic menu with home page, about page, etc but some other cool features in addition. I'm looking for someone innovative, who understands youth, can design a catchy youthful (but not over the top) interactive website with membership and public interactivity. I don't have a large budget, only $300 or less, but am willing to pay only because I myself have designed a basic website that has worked for over 2 years but it's time to upgrade and do a little more than I am able to do.
