Brand / Logo for my business for use on business cards and website

New Urban Villages is a new business that builds, owns and manages student accommodation, and whole apartment buildings in major cities. We integrate pop-up markets with food and live bands 4 nights a week with produce/growers day markets 3 days a week. Adjoining these we provide "WeWork" type offices with fantastic living communities in the apartments above. We have an App that is the concierge for the village social life, as well as providing shopping/delivery services, cooking and laundry services. Our Beta Website is at : [login to view URL] The beta site has images, information and other stuff that gives context. It tries to run a middle line between corporate and fun and that's what we want from our branding. We get big money from investors but use it to create a fun lifestyle oriented village. We are looking to design a logo for use on the website as well as business cards etc. It needs to be a simple design that captures the spirit and intent of the business. The color on the web site (Yellow theme) is a good colour as it is a bit different from competitors, so its nice to include but not critical.
