Revamp Website

Posting for bids for a complete revamp of existing site [login to view URL] Am changing my business model from life coaching to Leadership Coaching and Development Focus will be on working with leaders and teams at Churches, Non-profits, and small business Want a clean, simple, professional looking site that is fully customizable by me with basic plug ins and/or html coding Need a front page that is easily loaded w/Leadership coaching images which when clicked will take user to a link of my choosing either on the site or off Need ability to easily customize the home page, and ALL pages, w/pictures, links, blog posts, etc I want the ability to modify the theme if a custom theme is necessary; would like to stick with standard/off the shelf themes if possible No part of the site should be "locked down" and hardcoded in such a way that it can not be customizable Integration with Linkedin account important Want ability to place my logo when complete Want ability to upload a custom header and change it out at any time as necessary Ideally looking for a consultant that has worked before with Leadership coaching business and/or leadership development businesses ,has built other sites If there is a canned Leadership template/theme that we can start with I am open to using one Project should fit between "Simple" and "Very Small" in terms of scope and price
