Looking for someone who can finish of a project using PHP and JQuery

I am looking for a team or a person who could complete an web application i am building. I have 60 % of work completed. I am now busy with other projects and i dont have time to work on this . The person should have expertise in PHP and Jquery. He should be able to work independently, and report progress every day. Payments are milestone based . Milestones has to be followed religiously and is very important to me. Your work is analyzed at the end of every milestone. This requirement could turn into an on-going position, if the work being done is impressive. I have tried hiring freelancers couple of time and both of the time the results were bitter. I have spent money without getting desired results. I am looking for someone who is free to work or have team which can handle multiple projects without comprimising on quality. Here is the snapshot of the core things.I am looking after. 1) Jquery integration - The website is total of 15 pages, out of it 6 pages is completed by existing programmer. 90% of bugs are sorted out in the 6 pages, however some alteration may be required once the work is completed on remaining 9 pages. 2) Paypal integration - We are planning to use paypal chained payments as payment platform, i have basic code written for it, you have to integrate it and fix any bugs 3) Activate filtering - You must write PHP code to activage filtering. more details can be provided on this before actual bid. 4) handling file uploads. 5) Our system is used by many users and is capable of sending messages between users. You will be assigned with tasks keep track of these messages and other activity and alerts the user when a new activity is recorded for the user. 6) Overall testing of the application and make sure the application is working without any [login to view URL] any bugs which arised during this period. I am using rally as PM tool and your work is closely monitored there. You must update your status in daily. The work has to be completed within 20 days of project sanction. The PHP side is being completed using kohana framework + MySQL
