Graphic Design and Vector Conversion Right Hand Man

I am a screen printer of T-shirts and I need a reliable and talented Graphic Design Artist to be my right hand, main man. The work will come in spurts, some weeks I will need 1 vector conversion only, and some weeks I will need you everyday. The Work will include: -Making Graphic Designs from Scratch based on my description and communication to you. You must be a good communicator and easy to access. -Vector conversions of images -Typset and layout of simple fonts and lettering for a t-shirt design. I am a young and excited business man, and am looking to work with someone who is also excited and happy to work. I ask that you send your bid, and be patient in the beginning, however I am looking for someone long term to stay with me! I can payout at the end of every month based on how many jobs we covered that month and how involved they were. Thanks!
