LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH)

I am a business consultant with a growing practice in America. I am looking for virtual assistant to help me with the day-to-day tasks and to help me get more organized. Being able to speak English fluently is a requirement for this job. -Most of the work will be virtual and I would like to be able to contact you either by phone or by webchat (such as google hangouts). If you have access to a working webcam and can communicate through google hangouts you will have a much higher chance at getting this job. -This is very important: Please do not apply for this position if you do not have access to reliable internet connection. If your internet connection is unreliable this will become a problem. If it consistently takes me more than 24 hours to get contact with you because of poor internet connection, you will not have this job for a very long time. - I will give priority to applicants with access to Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) but this is not a job requirement because many of these tasks assigned can be completed with a free google account. - I am not too concerned with your skillset. If you are a highly skilled individual and prefer applying to higher paying jobs that let you utilize your skills, then this job is not for you. I will provide easy-to-follow directions for any task that I assign you. Please tell me your favorite color at the end of your job application. You do not need any special skills to apply for this job, you just need to be detail oriented and be able to follow directions. - Experience: Prior experience as a virtual assistant is encouraged but not required. If you would like to include references from prior jobs, please feel free to do so. - Pay: It is very difficult to earn my trust, however if you can earn my trust over time I am willing to increase your hourly pay rate up to $5 USD per hour (in advance)! Until then you need to prove to me that you are reliable and can follow directions. I will only pay you $250-$350 per month the first few months until you can earn my trust. You will be competing with other virtual assistants for a long-term job based on the quality of your work. -Starting Rate: I will pay you: $15 per day (8 hours of work) at the end of each week.
