Google App Engine Developer

Respected Sir/Madam, I had gone through your requirement for developing sites in google app engine. I had been developing sites in pure php for over a decade and in Google App Engine for last 1 years. I am well versed with all the API involved in site development is Google App. I am high experienced in other google application and working with third party APIs. I could like to know what the first of the tasks would be. As the project is unknown, I was unable to clearly specify the deadline. Hey! I'm the PHP Jedi in our team of highly experienced individuals. I have worked on Google App Engine (even referring it to a few clients, not everyone agrees though).
