Google Photos Upload Script for Web (REST API)

Attention Freelancers:
You must have previous Google API experience working with Google Drive and/or Photos
Build a script that communicates with Google Photo via REST API and perform the following functions:
- Authenticate with Google user permission.
- Upload photos to users Google Photo account from a set file directory (path). -- I will set the path.
- Set 50MB limit to photos - if greater than it will be rejected
- Add option so Google account user can select which albums photos will be saved to.
