Looking for Female Philippines Editor/Ghostwriter for Multiple Ebook Projects

Hi guys. So the ebooks I need help with are on a range of topics, Creativity, Mindfulness, Genius, Self-help, Success, Making Money, Etc.
Bidding will be just for the first project. I don't have any budget in mind(45-500$) so you let me know and we can go from there.
I'm actually interested in finding an editor/ghostwriter that might want to work to write all of the book ideas I have ready to go.
I'd rather work with someone I know and have a good relationship with than hire someone new every time.
Me: I’m a right-brained ‘big picture’ person.. creative, dynamic & forward-thinking but have a hard time organizing things and tying everything together. I write a lot of notes & can organize & outline but have trouble putting it all together cohesively.
My ideal writing partner is a female from the Philippines -- I want a woman’s voice and perspective, & I prefer working with people from the Philippines, I admire their culture and work ethic & we get along well.
My ideal ghostwriting partner has good editing skills, making sure my original insights I spent significant energy and time developing—are expressed in a clear and compelling way and then tying up loose ends and elaborating wherever needed.
She would be open to new ideas & value creativity. New ideas inspire her, she’s imaginative and organized, able to entertain new and different ideas. She’s practical and can put things together. Has a knack for organizing & elaborating, organized, cohesive, can put things in order.
I need someone to help me put all the pieces together in the best way.
You can expect me to give you a lot of material to go off of (4,000 words + of notes etc.) and you can expect me to be very clear and communicative about what I’m looking for.
I'm not demanding and overbearing though, I don't scream or yell lol. I'm easy going and understanding when there's good communication.
