E-book on the Protection of Environment

I need to compile and publish an English e-book on the protection of environment. The book must have at least 30 chapters, and each chapter must have at least 3-5 pages, double spaced, grammatically correct English. I like write ups with correct footnotes, pictures, graphics, facts and figures. Writer is free to choose his/her titles and sub topics. Writer must show me his/her outline and draft before I approve the project. Conditions: (1) the writer will just serve as ghost writer ONLY, and (2) all rights with the book is solely owned by me or my designated person. A letter to this effect be sent to me by the writer with his signature giving all authority with the book. (3) The book must be original and not copied from somewhere else. We will check its originality with our software. (4) The book must be finished in 15 days. (5) The files must be in MS Word format. If you have any questions, just send it to me.
