New German webshop is being launched and Facebook page for this webshop is being launched as well. We are looking for native German speaker who can answer all inquiries on Facebook fast, polite and in good quality. Also, answer e-mails and phone calls. We are looking for a person who is willing to help customers to find the information that they are looking for. FAQ is ready, very simple product, all training provided. The amount of work is very small in the beginning. Later it might go up. We expect less than a hour a day. Payment by chats/emails/phone calls completed. Requirements: Perfect German in writing (local German proofreader will check chat history at specific intervals of time) Response time less than 1 hour Available 9-18 German time Super positive attitude and willingness to help people geting the information needed

Ich habe von Januar 2016 bis Mai 2018 für einen anderen deutschen Onlinehandel im Kundendienst gearbeitet. Ich beantworte Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, storniere Aufträge, sende neue Aufträge, schicke Rechnungen, stelle Artikel online (Ebay, AMAZON),… Momentan arbeite ich seit einem Jahr auch für einen Onlinehandel im Kundendienst.
