We have a database which has some info for each beacon, you don´t need to build that database is just to be readed to identify the beacon:

- Beacon ID

- Beacon Type (Minimum needed to work Eddystone and ibeacon) Geofences are configured as a type but uses googlemaps instead of beacons.

- Owner

- Action is what the beacon will do when reached, could be a JPEG, Video, Text or URL.

- Distance could be in meters or as Short / Medium / Big.

- Valid dates that will be active AND limit of uses (each use must do -1)

So there are only 3 things to be done, almost like a sample app:

1. Create user with password (used to log into the app) information will include city, state, Birthday, sex

The user could turn off some Beacon Owners so he will not receive ACTIONS from them. Default is all Owners ON for the created user. If new "owner" is added actions will be received if user didn´t turn OFF.

2. When the App reaches a beacon it validates that "owner" is active for the user, distance is the correct, valid dates and uses are OK. If ALL is OK then it:

- ADD to a LOG into database: Date, User, Beacon ID reached

- Do the action specify opening the image/video/text/mail or url. User must have a way to save them or screenshot or something...

3. Inside a computer Admins could create googlemaps Geofences. The purpose is that if a user reaches that geofences he will receive the ACTION configured.

NOTES:

* Need to work at least with latest versions of Android and IOS (if possible from versions from 1 year to now and will need to be working with newer). And in both cases Apps need to run on background similar to whatsapp or mail in which you don´t need to open it to be receiving.
