geocode addresses that failed geocoding

The attached addresses have been rejected by both Google and Nominatim geocoding APIs. The addresses are real addresses and we need to get the most accurate lat/lng coordinate possible, using manual research online. This may require searching different websites to understand the history of each address. Many are brand-new streets, some are mispelled. Very often the site [login to view URL] has the correct lat/lng or has driving directions which you can use to approximate the location. Deliverable: - For each address which is a simple mispelling, provide a mapping of wrong address to corrected address (in a .txt file) - For all other addresses, provide a shapefile which defines the address locations AND a streets layer which defines any missing streets. Existing streets from OSM layer must not be duplicated. - All shapes must contain a Comment field explaining the source of the information - Spelling of address must be exact to allow script matching. - In all cases the zipcode must match at the physical location, otherwise you must explain in detail (in Comment field)
