Integrate in-app transactions & video ads on an Adobe Air mobile game.

Looking for someone to integrate AdColony rewarded video ads and in-app transactions on an Adobe Air Android AS3 mobile game that I've created. The game is complete, I just need you to implement the ads and in-app transactions and make sure they're working fine. You'll provide me with the final working files and folder and ensure everything is working when the app is published on the appstore/playstore. I'm using Animate CC and my code is on the fla file not in a separate AS file. I want to publish my app on Google Play and the iOS Appstore.
