Design and Build a New Pinball Game

I would like someone to design and build a new pinball game, based on FUTURE PINBALL, a game that is already freely available). This is a game that must run on 3 different screens at the same time (playfield screen, backglass and DMD). The game must use the same technology (code) as future pinball because i want it to be able to run future pinball tables as well as new tables. A key function of future pinball is the built in editor which gives users the ability to design new tables. The editor in FP is quite difficult to use so this must be a drag and drop system. So the user can very easily drag and drop items on to the playfield and change music and sound effects. The editor must be VERY easy to use so that new users with no experience of scripting or programming knowledge can build pinball tables easily. The game itself will play future pinball tables and newer tables. Whilst the game can be based on future pinball and has many of the same functions, It needs to have an improved GUI and not look the same. Lastly the game needs to have an improved high score function. This can be described in more detail once the project is accepted, however in brief the software will support a webcam that can take a picture of the player and post it to a high score table. It is important the designer can speak excellent English. The game will be made freely available however the highscore function will require a small subscription. IMPORTANT Many users complained that the physics of future pinball were not realistic and that the physics in Visual Pinball (another game) are much better. This is KEY to the game, the physics MUST be realistic for the game to be successful. Another game available is PINBALL FX2 which has good ball physics.
