We are currently running a Satellite/Digital Antenna installation company. We have field technicians who go out to various job sites to complete the installations. However for completeness purposes we need an app that we can use to coordinate and distribute the jobs to the various technicians. On top of that we would require the app to be able to pick up the GPS coordinates of each job completed
In essence we are currently getting a list of installations that are required to completed every evening. This list has all the information required to complete the installation. From this list and with the use of the app we need to be able to allocate jobs to technicians. Then on the technicians end, they need to be able to capture evidence of the completed installation, the evidence will mainly be in the form of photos and GPS location....This information will then be sent back to the company via the app for verification.
The app should be able to take in inputs from excel or cvs documents or sheet. Each job number has a unique reference number which should be used to drill down on all the other related information.
Various reports should also be able to be drawn from the app, as in installations completed. Time taken to complete installation from time of issue and time of invoicing. (The app should also be able to to calculate the amount of installations done by a certain technician for a given period)
