Develop Custom High End Flash player

1) Flash player should look like Youtube/Pornhub video player. 2) Image preview when mouse over on time line (YouTube). 3) Time line color should be dynamic (XML file). 4) Player menu for - Popular, Most viewed, Recent, More form this user. Content for every menu should be dynamic and should have sliver (Pornhub video player menu). 5) Share option and share should use "Add This" plugin...so we dont have to make any changes. 6) Playing Video should be smooth. 7) When video pause, some ads will be displayed on player. 2-6 Images 8) There should be option for play "Ad Video" before original videos. This will be dynamic. Ad can be skipped after particular time..(Youtube before video ads)...Should be dynamic.. 9) Display ads during main video...Should be dynamic (Youtube video player footer ads). 10) Option for "Larger Screen", "Default Screen" and "Full screen"...(Youtube) 11) When video will be end..then player should display related videos/ or ads......(dynamic) We need 3 weeks testing after approval and then 3 months support on this project.
