Website for Singer

I am in need of a Talented DESIGNER and/OR programmer for this project. I am looking to either have someone design the page and then have someone else program it, but if you coudl do both would be better. This website is for an Independent music artist. This project is definitely needed to get started asap so I am desperately looking for a GOOD designer to help out. We need it to be interactive and atractive. With some flash accents. I would like to be able to update a lot of it myself wherever possible so I don’t have to be hounding you on a daily to put up news, pics and new songs….you’ll see this wherever it says “updatable". I have Mailloop (email amrketing software w/ forms) that will need to bbe integrated as well as an affiiate trackign software, both of these softwares have forms, so yoou probably wont need to code any. **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FILES FOR DRAWINGS OF SAMPLE LAYOUTS AND BUTTONS/LINKS, ETC PREFERRED FRO THSI WEBSITE. I AM OPEN TO DESIGN SUGGESTIONS, BUT THE FUNCTION MUST STILL BE THERE. Here are what I want for this website: English/Spanish option at intro (I can translate) Admin area MP3 streaming AND Download (I want to be able to manage myself) Video Streaming AND Download Some Flash Online Store I can update and manage myself: Must be able to sell BOTH products and Digital such as Downloads, etc. Affiliate tracking (I already have a software, but am open to suggestions, especially if you can have an online store cart that includes affiliate software. Calendar for tours, events etc Picture Gallery Scrolling quotes section (small on home page) Ringtones for cell phones Contact forms E-card (I already have one, minor change needed) Journal Bio News Google ads at bottom Member Only section with Login For the member only section I want: Fans to be able to upload one picture in their mini "profile", forum, Section for printable PDF files, free download section, wallpapers, ringtones, comment box, chat box/room area I can elaborate on this further as necessary so ask me any questions. Most importantly this website must be tasteful, so it requries good design AND functional so good programming is also imperative. I look forward to your bids.
