Interactive webpage

I am looking for a one page website that would feature a character (someone in a chicken suit) and people can choose a button and then select a playlist of dance moves. Once they did that they could hit play and watch the character dance out the moves they have choosen. I would also like banner ads on the page and a place for people to post comments. Also, I would like to know how much extra it would be for people to be able to save the music/dance moves they have made and for other people to give it a rating (out of stars) and for it to feature the most popular moves.
