Graph Design

Hi there. We are an international web development company, specialising in custom Web Design, Template Customising, Flash, SEO, and Software Development. At the moment, our graphic designers are experiencing an overload in work. Therefore, I wish to assign one very small project to the worthy candidate, which resolve to permanent work with our company. I have personally designed this clients website, with a flash animated header included. The clients company is a Polish Training Center offering English-speaking courses in many work related categories. If their clients are successfully in attaining all pass rates, they are eligible to work in Ireland. Thus leading to the project at hand: We need certain Irish characteristics to include into the site. I have created several animated gifs, however I wish to see your skills. Therefore, i would like to download this picture, improve its quality, and create it into an animation. (hint: maybe green and red sparkle dust) If you are more comfortable using flash by all means impress me :) Please PM your idea, quote, and an example.
